You are an active listener; you’re intuitive to people’s needs.

What we need:
An ambassador and representative – the face of the library to the community
A leader to push us forward toward the best of both classic and contemporary libraries
A strategist to accomplish community and financial goals
A team player forging effective partnerships – Foundation, Friends, Metro Network, City, community
A chief financial officer who masters our budget from concept to execution

At the minimum:
You are a librarian with an ALA Accredited MLS.
You have an impressive track record of relevant leadership and supervisory experience.
