Schedule will include two evenings per week (Tues. and Weds. 4-8), as well as Saturday and Sunday shifts, averaging approximately 8-12 hours per week. Opportunity exists for more hours on an as-needed basis to cover staff time off.
Duties include responding to customer inquires either in person or by phone, referring patrons to childrenʼs and reference department as needed, performing all duties associated with an automated circulation system, processing library card applications and orienting patrons to library services, assisting patrons with book selections and the use of the OPAC. May also be assigned to assist with special events or work on projects assigned by the Circulation Manager or Director.
